How do I get a poster printed? (AZ & CA)
Answer
Arizona and California Poster Printing
The Arizona Library can print posters for conferences and ATSU related activities. We can also print signs for events and student clubs. All posters can be picked up at the library front desk.
The submission process requires all printing requests to be sent through the Poster Printing Survey. File formats must be in PowerPoint or PDF.
Please Note: We do not print regular 8.5x11 size papers. There is a color copier available in the library for student, staff, and faculty use. To print from this machine all documents must be saved as PDF files to a flash drive. The machine only takes cash or coin and it is 10 cents per page for color prints. You're more than welcome to bring in your own cardstock/photo paper to print on.
Poster Request Guidelines
- All poster requests are sent through the Poster Printing Survey. This short form ensures library staff are able to print your poster as efficiently and quickly as possible.
- We ask you to provide the poster request at least 2 days in advance.
- We recommend being reasonable with the amount of color used in the poster design. Printer ink is costly and we will not print posters with full-color backgrounds. White backgrounds with black font is the preferred style.
- File formats must be in Powerpoint or PDF.
- Be sure to carefully proofread your poster before submitting it. Any submissions for reprints due to design changes or editing errors will be charged $10.
This service is one of many the Library offers, but it is not our primary function. We ask that you respect our recommendations.
