How do I clear my browser's cache or cookies?

Answer

Google Chrome:

  1. At the top right-hand side of the screen, click ⋮ (the hamburger menu) 

  1. Once ⋮ (the hamburger menu) is clicked, scroll down and click Delete Browsing Data 

  1. Under the Basic tab, make sure that Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files are selected. 

  1. In the dropdown menu next to time range, select all time 

  1. Once all the selections are made, select Delete Data 

 

Firefox: 

  1. Make sure that Firefox is open on your device 

  1. At the top right-hand corner of the screen, select 

  1. Once  it is selected, choose Settings

  1. Click on Privacy & Security on the left-hand side 

  1. Scroll down to the section title Cookies and Site Data and click on Clear Data

 

Safari

  1. Make sure that Safari is open on your device 

  1. At the top left-hand corner of the screen, click on Safari

  1. Once you click on Safari, choose Clear History

  1. In the box change Clear to All History

  1. Click on Clear History
